Nasi Goreng / Fried Rice

Nasi goreng (fried rice)
Fried Rice is one of the most popular dishes by the people of Indonesia. It is of course also related to the rice the staple food of Indonesian society. Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of rice
  • 100 grams of fresh shrimp, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
  • 200 grams of beef stew, cut into long, thin
  • 4 pieces of red chili, remove seeds (mashed)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (mashed)
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 6 pieces of red onion (mashed)
Optional:
  • prawn crackers
  • fried onions
  • 2 chicken eggs to make an omelette
  • 2 pieces of cucumber, peeled and diced
Directions:
  1. Saute the spices until fragrant.
  2. Give 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, then stir until blended.
  3. Insert meat and shrimp, and stir briefly.
  4. Add the rice, then stirring constantly until the seasoning evenly over low heat, then remove from heat.
  5. Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, fried egg, sliced ​​cucumber and prawn crackers for more tasty.
