Sauted Spinach

Sauteed Spinach
Spinach is a vegetable that is easily obtained and rich with nutrients. One of the most popular dishes by the people of Indonesia, especially in Java is sautéed spinach, how to cook? Let us cook together:

Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 3 cloves Shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 50 Grams Big Red Chili (French cut)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp MSG
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder

Directions:
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet, heat over medium heat.
  2. Sauteed Onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the red chili Pieces, and cook until fragrant and distinctive smell of sauteed peppers, then add oyster sauce.
  4. Put spinach, along with all the spices cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Add salt, pepper, MSG, chicken powder.
  6. Ready to be served.
