Nasi goreng (fried rice) |
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of rice
- 100 grams of fresh shrimp, peeled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
- 200 grams of beef stew, cut into long, thin
- 4 pieces of red chili, remove seeds (mashed)
- 3 cloves of garlic (mashed)
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
- 6 pieces of red onion (mashed)

- 2 chicken eggs to make an omelette
- 2 pieces of cucumber, peeled and diced
- Saute the spices until fragrant.
- Give 3 tablespoons water and soy sauce, then stir until blended.
- Insert meat and shrimp, and stir briefly.
- Add the rice, then stirring constantly until the seasoning evenly over low heat, then remove from heat.
- Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions, fried egg, sliced cucumber and prawn crackers for more tasty.
