Sauteed Spinach |
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 3 cloves Shallots
- 2 cloves garlic (cut into small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 50 Grams Big Red Chili (French cut)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp MSG
- 1 tsp Chicken Powder
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a skillet, heat over medium heat.
- Sauteed Onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the red chili Pieces, and cook until fragrant and distinctive smell of sauteed peppers, then add oyster sauce.
- Put spinach, along with all the spices cook until spinach is wilted.
- Add salt, pepper, MSG, chicken powder.
- Ready to be served.
